How do u keep the birds off a fig tree?

They eat them before i can even pick a handfull!

How do u keep the birds off a fig tree?
try useing pie plates .hang with strings so they flutter when wind blowes.the inexspencive plates . buy in grocery stores.
Reply:I think the only thing you could do is to wrap part of the tree with bird netting to keep them off the fruit.
