The fruit on my fig plant does not ripen. Stays green all the time. What should I do?

I water it almost everyday and have fed Miracle Grow once aweek.

The plant grows nicely and has lots of fruits on it but the fruit stays green all the time.. Does not ripen on the plant. Am I doing something wrong or am I not doing something?

lot's of direct sunlight - if it gets cold - under 60 - cover in plastic loosely and put in the sun.



some figs need more sun than others - check your variety.
