Maybe if Jesus' daddy would have intelligent designed some decent pollinators instead of some weirdass wasp, things would have been different.

I would think that if Jesus wanted figs so badly, he could have just ordered the tree to bear some fruit. (He turned water into wine when people wanted some...)

Seems pretty childish to kill a whole tree for not having fruit when you wanted it. (As if the tree was not bearing fruit ON PURPOSE. Like it had a thought process.) That's how four-year-olds act.

Reply:I suggest watering it and putting it in the right soil and with the right climate. Could be pollution or the ecosystem, even issues such as elevation and humidity. Seem to grow well in the Middle East.

Reply:No, if you are a fig tree, you either bear fruit in season, or the farmer will cut you down, of course. Why would any farmer keep a tree on his land that isn't bearing fruit? Of course, the answer is, he wouldn't....

And if you are a nation that isn't bearing fruit, why should God continue to bless you?
