Recently I used whole fig jam, which I warmed in a small pot with some brandy. I chopped up the figs and when the whole thing had a more fluid consistency, I poured it over a whole brie cheese. Then I tossed some toasted almond slivers around the edge and served it with good, rustic crackers. It was a huge hit.
Whole fig jam -what do you eat it on?
On any cold roast meat (but don't use too much, unless you're staying near the bathroom!)
Reply:on thick toast or can be used in a recipe, cut finely can use them in anything, use them in moderation or you will be spending the rest of the week in the loo!!!!
