Is dipping fig nutons in milk a good idea!?

I thought that it would taste better but to my dissapointment they taste kinda the same and don't satisfy that milky cookie flavor that other cookies offer. :[

Reply:You mean Fig "Newtons?" To dip or not to dip is one's personal choice. I personally can't imagine dipping them in milk, like one would do with Oreos or chocolate chip cookies. To think dipping a Fig Newton in milk would satisfy that cookie flavor, would be a "Fig Newton" of one's imagination.
Reply:Dipping Fig Newtons dipped in milk is a good idea. My sons dip theirs in Nutella. Personally, I have never liked them but I have never likes figs either.
