I guess you already know what this means. However, you misspelled both words. The first expression means "f*u*c*k you" but should actually be spelled "f*i*c*k dich" and the second one means *********, whore, hooker, slut whatever you like best and should be spelled "s*c*h*l*a*m*p*e. If you'd like to extend your German vocabulary you can also use n*u*t*t*e or *h*u*r*e, which are somewhat stronger expressions for the second word you asked for.

Unfortunately these expression have become very frequent in all languages, so much so that the people are often completely unaware of what they actually say.
You are obviously unfamiliar with the German language.
It seems to me, therefore, that anybody who spoke to you using these words was showing very little respect to you and abused you in a crude way.
