How do they get the figs in the fig rolls?

Fig rolls are made by a process known as extrusion! The ingredients for the outer layer are pushed though a pipe using screws, the same is done for the ingredients of the filler but the filler pipe is fed inside the other pipe so a continuous roll is made with the filling in the centre. The roll is then cut in to biscuit size shaped and baked.

Hope this makes some sense!

How do they get the figs in the fig rolls?
the roll is semi-baked so its left part cooked then filled with mushed figs and additives, then its rolled and cooked again till finished and wrapped
