What does it mean when people say "Go Fig"?

It means "Go Figure".



That means "who would have thought", but it is frequently used ironically, so it can convey the opposite. It depends on the context of course.

a remark made to something said that is typical or falls under Murphy's Law.

Used as an expression of confusion. It is used to state that you do not understand a particular situation or they way a person is acting.
