What is the best diet to maintain sexy fig.?
sexy is relative, but diet is not. the best way to maintain a sexy figure is a combination of diet and exercise. Without proper exercise, any diet you try is doomed to fail, or, at least, leave you looking for another diet. As hard as it is to start, a balanced regime of diet and exercise is crucial to a well toned body. But don't take my word for it, ask a professional. If there is a college or university in your area you can get free advice from the physical education and nutrition specialists on staff. If not, just do a little research on line and at your local library and you'll find the diet that suits your body type and lifestyle.

Reply:i believe it's a lifestyle rather than a diet, a lifestyle that you adopt and eventually becomes natural to you, like avoiding fatty foods not boycotting them but giving yourself treats from time to time, and practicing sports, but to maintain that sexy figure, don't weight lift, but do less leaner forms of exercise like Pilate and stretching for smooth firm not so muscular bod.
