How can i make an alcholic drink from my fig i have two big trees?
soak the figs in everclear (195 proof) alchohol. You might add some water or other flavors to weaken the mix.
Reply:We had two fig trees and all we ever made was mock strawberry jam.
Reply:putt them in a still add plenty of water and see what happens.
Figs are pretty sweet so they should make for a quite decent spirit(can't give garantee on the taste though)

Reply:I,ve looked this up in my wine making book, and it is very complicated. Loads of ingredients etc, and months to mature, don,t bother, hic....
