I recently bought my cool plant and i'm not sure how much water it needs?

When the soil feels dry 1" (2.5 cm) below the surface, water until it runs out the bottom of the pot. Let it drain and do not let the pot sit in water. Plants need a deep watering like this to prevent shallow root growth.
