As Hong Kong government don't give the fig to the seniors and the disadvantaged , what redress should give?

Hong Kong government don't give the fig to the ordinary retired citizens, the disadvantaged, and the poor. The 78 year old man in Hong Kong ended up with in the court two days ago for the failure of robbing the 711 convenient store in January of 2007 because he was starving and no place to live. What a damn city Hong Kong it is? It boasts has the income per capita of HK$ 28,000 per month well in the front of the many other countries. The seniors don't have a decent pension fund like the other countires. What the lawmakers do for the majority poor and disadvantaged ones? If not so, we should sack Donald Tsang and all lawmkers in Hong Kong!

As Hong Kong government don't give the fig to the seniors and the disadvantaged , what redress should give?
All I can tell you is to get involved in your local government party and start making a change from within. One person can make a difference. Are the elderly voters? Organize them to back you, and go for it. The silent elders have wisdom and time to contact each other that the working class do not have. You can do this. So, DO IT!
