I have a fig tree...and have never been able to enjoy it. How do I keep birds away from my tree?

i have junk cd's with all labels removed, you know the ones you get free in the mail, hanging in mine, they spin with the wind and reflect scaring them... i also have a big old rubber snake with glowing eyes hanging in the branches swaying in the wind...all this seems to deter them.... hope this helps.... :o)
Reply:Get one of those screechers recordings! They use them on car lots so birds wont fly near it and dont poop on the vehicles!
