Those are measurements of her body in inches. Bust size is found from the measurement under the bust, adding 5, and then the measurement around the widest part of the bust. Girls usually don't give out their actual bra size in measurements like this, rather it is their underbust measurement I would assume, though it could also be the over bust. The greater the difference between the first/last and the middle the bigger her boobs and hips are going to seem.
