In M.S. Access How can I write numerical fig. into word.for chq. writing application?

I WANT TO WRITE FIG IN NUMERICAL AND ALPHABETICAL. FOR EXAMPLE 10,400.75 ( TEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDERED AND PAISE SEVENTY FIVE ONLY.) IN ACCESS I AM PREPARING INVOICE WHERE I NEED SUCH THINGS PLS HELP ME.

Reply:I have same Question in my mind and also try to find from so many software Engineers, but, i come to know only that it is i very easiest Coding, you have to put some function but i don't know which %26amp; how, My personal request to you if you find please let me Know!!

Reply:Format the number. Depending on what you're doing (VBA, a report, on a form), where and how you format it will be different, but the format string will be the same for the same look, pretty much across all Microsoft products. (Just look in Help for Format.)
