Is the "Fig Newton" nature's perfect food?

These cookies are delicious, and are mentioned in not only the Bible and the Qu'uran, but feature in several pagan religions' "scriptures" too. Is this just a coincidence, or is there realy something holy about a fig wrapped in biscuit?

Reply:They are wonderfully delicious, but really it would be the orange, or banana, ( Jethro Kloss thought it to be the potato, - Back to Eden). The fig was to that part of the planet,, as the taco is to Mexico, This is a very good question. Is the most perfect food a vegetable, or fruit?
