Might have something to do with the weather. This year our peaches did the same thing (we had one night of freeze that was not planned). I would try a fertilizer made just for fruit trees. That is what I am going to try ~ it can't hurt. Good luck.
Our fig tree has figs but they don't ripen - they just remain hard and green. What can I do?
Never fertilize a sick plant. Call an arborist, or wait 'til next year.
