I accidentally left my fig tree out in the cold and it got frost bitten. Most (but not all) of the leaves have fallen off. It has been several weeks and I am not noticing any leaves regenerating yet, but the remaining leaves are doing well. Should I trim off the branches with no leaves remaining or just let them be?

You bet. Get rid of dead wood for aesthetic reasons, will also encourage new growth. Super Juice them too (MiracleGro)
