Fig question???

Does anyone know where I can buy fresh or canned figs?

Some of your upper scale grocery stores will carry fresh and canned figs. I am not sure where you live at, but you will most likely find them in large metropolitan areas where grocery stores like that survive nicely. Grocery stores (the different kinds) vary all across the country, so what I tell you that you can find here, you may not be able to find elsewhere.
Reply:Almost any farmers market or that kind of store. I'm not sure where you live, but here in southern california they're all over the place. ex: sprouts, frazier farms, whole foods market, henrys, maybe even trader joes.



I think i've even bought figs at stater bros.
Reply:Look in your local paper. If anybody grows themlocaly that is usually where they advertise. I love fresh figs but they are not always easy to find. buy a tree. You will always have them them.
