The apple tree is older than the olive tree.

The apple tree is younger than the olive tree

The apple tree is the same age as the olive tree

None of these options are correct

The fig tree is older than the olive tree, and the apple tree is younger than the fig tree.?
The only thing you know for sure is that the Fig tree is older than both the apple and the olive tree...the apple and olive trees could be the same age, or one could be older than the other, not way to tell by this statement
Reply:as first answerer said .... none of the answers can be definitely correct... any of them may be correct... not enough information

but... the last option is not correct either, since at least one of the above options must be correct, we just don't know which.
Reply:The answer can't be determined with the info given, so none of these options are corerect. Both the olive and apple trees are younger than the fig tree, but you can't determine from this bit of info. whether they're the same age or whether one is older than the other.
Reply:Not sure, it doesnt give enough information.
Reply:THERE IS NO WAY TO FIGURE THIS OUT. There isnt enough information!!!
