How can we cure a very dear fig tree wich is infested with worms?
I would suggest contacting a professional if you really want to save this tree. They can do a health assesment, as well as a hazard assesment, and if the tree is still in good enough condition to safely recover from the infestation. They can then help you make the right decisions on how to help combat the worms, and promote recovery of your tree.

As suggested earlier an arborist would be a good idea, to find an ISA certified arborist in your area you can visit www.treesaregood.com
Reply:You need professional help, either a master gardener, or an arborist. They are the only ones who can help, not Yahoo.
Reply:You should do something about it, oh yeah today is G7 wnesday eat a shoe eat a shoe shellfore gonna dance likes it's today and smell it up yeah yeah do it now oh no yo for sure
Reply:I'm not sure if there's anything you CAN do if it's that badly overrun by parasites. If it's still growing new leaves, then it's still alive, so you can try using natural pesticides to kill the worms and not harm the tree, and fertilizers to help boost the tree's defenses.
